What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a process where you place an order and make payment for a product before it is manufactured in bulk. By placing a pre-order with Noah's Ark Shop, you are reserving the product in advance so it can be included in our upcoming production run.

Once pre-orders are received, we begin the production process for those items. Because of this, there will be a waiting period for your product to be produced and shipped.

If you placed an order and it has not arrived yet, please note that orders typically take 4–6 weeks to be dispatched. This production window allows us to manufacture and prepare all pre-order items.

Rest assured, your order is reserved and you are guaranteed to receive your item once production is completed. If your order has not been shipped within the 4–6 week timeframe, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
